President

With more than 20 years of strategic marketing, sales, advertising and creative development experience with small business and fortune 500 companies alike, Peter brings a competency and knowledge base to all of his clients. An Art Director/Designer by trade, his diverse experience in all of marketing combined with his leadership skills make him a dynamic professional. Peter founded Crocker & Company in 2001 and has worked with a wide-range of clients, including Boston University, Jones Lang LaSalle, Bank of America, Brandeis University, and Inc. Magazine. Peter lives in Hamilton and enjoys coaching basketball and kayaking along the Essex River with his two sons.

Managing Partner

Now a 17-year agency veteran, Peter has worked at many of Boston’s most significant agencies, including Houston Effler, Arnold Worldwide and Mullen. His strong account management skills and strategic knowledge have allowed him to lead a variety of businesses including Monster.com, Titleist, Converse, Stanley, and Fleet Bank, just to name a few. Peter’s strong strategic background, his passion for the creative product and his easygoing style make him a friend of clients and peers alike. Peter has the advertising business in his bloodlines, as his father was a well-known Creative Director at Boston agency Hill Holliday, and his younger brother is a Creative Director at another Boston agency. Peter lives in Wenham with his wife and three boys.

Jamie Graham
Creative Director

Adding some international flavor and some serious creative firepower to Crocker & Company, the spritely Scotsman excels at developing creative materials that make a tangible difference for clients. His resume is vast, having worked at such premier US agencies Young and Rubicam, Grey and Arnold Worldwide, and his sense of humor and accent are contagious. Jamie lives in Dover, MA and enjoys playing golf, going to the movies, listening to music, reading, eating and being merry.

Carri Miani
Account Supervisor

Carri adds 17 years of account management, design, art direction and print production experience to Crocker & Company. Carri began her career as a designer for Bresette + Company where she produced award winning designs for clients in a range of industries. Carri’s role at Crocker & Company is diverse, including account management, design and production, and vendor coordination. Carri has worked with a wide-range of clients, including Boston University, Brandeis University, Jones Lang LaSalle, Bank of America, Sprint and Eastern Bank. Her depth of experience in working through client challenges makes her a key contributor to the Crocker & Company team. When Carri is not managing her clients and workload, she is home in Georgetown enjoying family time with her husband and two daughters.
